• Customers will be informed of any delays or substitutions prior to dispatch.

3. Communication:

• Autoverse may contact users via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or phone regarding orders, offers, or product updates.

4. Prohibited Activities:

• Reselling of products purchased from the Platform without prior consent.
• Tampering with product packaging, misrepresenting information, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.

5. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

6. Modifications:

• Autoverse reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of such changes.
